Have participant pick a value and pull all four of them out of the deck. Put one of them to the side and use the other three. Since 4 cards are pulled from the deck instead of three, to get this trick to work, I simply include one of the jokers in the deck.

9 Club Cards and Ace of Spades

15 Random red cards

Mix them together and place a joker at the bottom of the pile

Other joker goes in middle of the other cards.

Counting Drop Off

Get pinky break on bottom card. Count cards from the top of the deck into the left hand one at a time. On the last number drop off the bottom card as go to pull the last card from the top. Now you can double lift from the counted pile to show the selection
