Heart of Glass

Heart of Glass
by John Bannon
see Dealing With It: Season 1

performance

Script:

Ok, I'll show you something interesting with a deck of cards, but you have to be able to remember two cards. But I'll make it easy for you.

One of them is the queen of hearts. And the other one is the ace of spades.

And I need a glass, because the ace goes under the glass and the queen goes on top. And the deck goes on top of everything.

With the ace, the queen and the deck. And with just a riffle, the ace is on top and the queen of heart is all the way under the glass.

Elmsley Count

The Elmsley Count Project by Liam Montier & Big Blind Media

Counting four cards as four but hiding the third card from the top by displaying one card twice. At the end of the count, the hidden card ends up in the fourth position from the top.

Can also be used to count five cards as four. In this case, the third and fourth cards from the top are the hidden cards.

The Jordan count works well with the Elmsley count since the card hidden in the Elmsley count end up on the bottom of the packet.
